We accept purchase orders from agencies and institutions in the continental United States and abroad as long as the shipping address is within the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii. Please email your purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org. The purchaser noted on the order will be contacted by our Accounting Department for credit verification.
Your purchase order must include the following information: Name of agency or institution, shipping address, accounts payable address, contact name, contact telephone number, part number, quantity, and list price.
