Purchase Orders

Purchase orders from government agencies and education institutions will be accepted upon verification. Verified entities are offered standard Net 30 term. We accept purchase orders from agencies and institutions in the continental United States and abroad as long as the shipping address is within the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii. Please contact our sales representative to inquire about additional quantity discounts.

For all government agency and education institution purchase orders:

Please fax your completed purchase order to (818)475-1523. The purchaser noted on the order will be contacted by our Accounting Department for credit verification.

Your purchase order must include the following information: Name of agency or institution, shipping address, accounts payable address, contact name, contact telephone number, part number, quantity, and list price.
